bubuy
The Portuguese have won five of their nine clashes with the Dutch, drawing three and losing just one. <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Make that 6 wins in 10 clashes for the Portuguese! :boo: The BEST set piece taker carries his team to the quarters. :hypocritesmiley: Geoff Hurst shut up! It was not the performance worthy of a quarters slot for England but one moment of genius from the dead ball specialist was enough. http://us.news1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/fifa/gen/fifa/20060625/i/971213012.jpg Go Captain! With no time left, the refs should have left that one go and let the players decide their fates in extra time and in the penalty shooutout. Socceroos deserved to be in the final 8. ale828
really sad lost for australia. they should have at least had extra time. they deserved it. Italy seems like a shoo in for the semi's with only Ukraine standing in its way. Magaling
damn spain lost, ok lang...ronaldo wil now have his revenge against france...<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Very disappointing loss for Spain. Especially at 3-1. Considering how they breezed through the 1st round, who would think they'd lose that way against France which did not even top their group and barely made it to the final 16? I guess Spain just peaked too soon? Or Zidane is just too much for them to handle...This time, experience won over youth. Brasil vs. France will be the next big game to watch....
