I know how commercialized SB is, but my friend and I likes and prefers their branch at the ground level of Imperial Palace in Morato. The good service we received is what makes us a come-back customer.

 

To share our experience, my friend and I enjoyed the SB Secret Menu drinks we've been browsing on. So one Saturday afternoon, we decided to try out that branch if they would be able to do the Secret Menu for us. In line, I waited for some 3 customers to finish ordering before asking the barista to make ours. When we got our drinks, he did get the expected taste so we were glad about it. What we appreciated more was when the barista approached us and asked if he got the drinks right. We said Yes and thanked him.

 

We've tried SM in Waltermart, MOA, SM Manila, Hemady Square, ABS-CBN... But none of them approached us or asked us how it was.

 

And yeah, enjoying the SB Secret Menu here.

Cbtl is the best for me. Cbtl greenbelt is one of nicest spots they had for me.
