Worst?  No such thing in my opinion.  There are famous outstanding personalities in govt and in the corporate world who came from humble beginnings.  Nasa tao yan.

I don't know the exact name of the school but I have a cousin na nag aral sa school para maging seaman then nalaman nila di pala accredited so halos lahat sa batch nila no work di nakabangon, last I've heard is tinatry nilang kasuhan yung school pero walang balita beyond that. I'd count that as one of the worst school and I think nagka issue rin dati kasi madaming colleges for seaman ang hindi accredited okaya nawala accreditation internationally kaya ayon be wary nalang sa mga nagbabalak maging seaman diyan
