In college or graduate school between consenting adults? Who are we to stop them.

Between an adult and a minor? The minor doesn't really know what they're getting into and there's a power imbalance because one has moral authority. The adult should know better.

College. Walang problema basta hindi walang pilitan at hindi gagamitin para mapahamak yung kabilang party kapag natapos ang relasyon.

Mas maganda if wag, but if talagang aabot sa ganon dapat hindi mo na siya estudyante.
