Just because someone is in a relationship or married doesn't mean he's not lonely. A lot of people go to KTV's despite being married precisely because they're lonely.

Been there and done that. Used to have an ex who couldn't really relate to me. Then it's not like you can freely meet up and talk with other women. So you feel imprisoned.
