artint3
You sign up with them and pay the registration fee, then you run on your own to complete the distance you signed up for within the allotted time (say run 50km in a week, or 200km within the month of November), You then send them your data to confirm you've completed the distance, and they'll send you the medal/shirt/reward that was promised. Accumulated distance naman yan from October 29 to November 30. Puede kang tumakbo kahit saan, kahit anong oras. Actually yung iba kahit mga lakad lakad lang eh sinasama nila since OK lang naman dyan ang tumakbo or maglakad. Basta ang goal is makumpleto mo yung sinalihan mong distance until November 30. Kapag na-complete mo na, papadala sayo yung medal at finisher shirt. Sa katulad kong may work ng Sunday morning, OK to since halos lahat ng run eh Sunday morning.
jimnyboy
Hoka One One Clifton and Atr challenger are good shoes I've tried for running. Less wear on your knees and body because of the extra cushioning. Quote Link to comment
MrEnygma
Nice run overall. Mga 7 out of 11 (7/11).Hehe. Lootbag. Panalo! Daming laman at nadagdagan pa dun sa mga booths. Para kang nasa 711 at libre lahat, unli pa...., arrozcaldo, slurpee, kape, sundae, big bite, selecta ice drop, gatorade, condom, beer!. Pipila ka nga lang. Overall nice run pa din. Time ko sa 16km.... had to accept that my time for 21km before is now my 16km time... 2:45 hours wahhh 1 Quote Link to comment
