already went back to the gym as well. kaso nde ko magawa regularly :(

never ko pa natry itakbo ulit sa marikina oval. baka try ko sa sat hehe

Depende sa kaya bro, na definite distance since depende sa baseline or kakayanan mo. Ang mahalaga is may gradual improvement at consistency. Meaning run regularly like at least once a week then increase distance. Rule of thumb, wag pilitin or biglain otherwise, injury kalalabasan. Factor din dito age at lifestyle.
