hirap pala ng ganun.. yung nasanay ka sa activity then hinto ka. nakukulitan nga PT ko sakin nun

every end ng session tinatanong ko kung pde na ako magbball or takbo haha

pero ngaun mukhang kelangan ko talaga ipahinga.. :(

Get well soon, Boss! Huwag madaliin ang recovery. Ako nga 2 yrs na, ngayon lang nag uumpisa ulit sa 5k at 10k.

Mga bro, pag kayo ba tumatakbo, panu nyo dinadala mga cash or susi nyo? curios lang ako papanu yun ginagawa ng iba.. alam ko may baggage area naman mga racing organizers. pero yun valuables, syempre dala natin di ba? anu best practice ninyo?

 

Belt bag ang solution jn pero try to bring as less valuables as possible. Pero ung belt bag ung may quality para di sagging saka moisture wick dapat lalo na kung long run.

Follow the training plan wholeheartedly, eat nutritious food, keep hydrated, carbo loading 2 days before the actual run. Basically lagyan mo ng bala ung katawan mo in preparation for the war. And don't forget to savor the moment :)

just like what bro @joseph35 mentioned, I use running belt. pero i dont usually bring anything pag may run. i just bring some cash and that's it. CP minsan iwan ko lng sa bag (sa pinaka ilalim, minsan sa shoes ko lagay or inside shorts dun sa bag)

kung regular ka tumatakbo, mas madali.. if weekend warrior ka lang, then better follow a plan

sa actual race, wag magsusuot ng bagong gamit. kung anu ginamit mo sa training, yun din isuot mo

then enjoy mo lang race. since wala ka naman habol na PR, ang objective is to finish the race without injury. start slow. finish strong. :)
