ppdd Posted June 7, 2016 Share Posted June 7, 2016 FR on RU2 2016 Category: 32kmtime (unofficial): 4hrs 45mins (first time ko sub 5hrs yung 32k distance. 30mins improvement from my 2 previous attempts. pero mas mabilis pa din yung ata time ko nung CSM, which i think 4hrs 30-40mins nasa 32k mark na ako)gun time: 3am +started on time+madami pacers. bahala ka mamili kung kanino ka sasabay.+plenty of hydration stations.+nde ata nasabi na 2 wave yung gagawin. so nung nag cutoff na yung mga bouncers sa starting line, dami nag pumilit sumabay sa 1st wave. ayun nag over the bakod yung iba+challenging yung route. first time ko ata tumakbo ng MOA to Kalayaan-BGC then pabalik. pamatay yung 4x kalayaan-bgc flyover ampf+portalets along the route, madami medics / ambulance naka standby+nice medal and finisher shirt +madami freebies, activities and sponsor's dun sa finisher's area. kaso nde na ako nagstay kasi gusto ko na umuwi -as usual, nagkakaubusan na naman ng plastic/paper cups sa mga hydration stations. normal na ata talaga-wala ako naabutan na saging -medyo mainit na ung araw by the time matapos ako. dami na din naglalakad kasi nga mainit na.-dami u-turns nung route.-nagkulang ata yung ibang sizes nung finisher shirt. yung kasama ko dapat small size, kaso naubusan, so nag large nalang sya sumabay ako dun sa 4:00 hours pacers. ayun hanggang 14+k lang ata ako nakasabay. haha 2 Quote Link to comment
