Kahit gaano kalakas bagsak nang ulan mas lalo ko lang bibilisan. Kasi pag binagalan ko manlalamig na buo kong katawan. Dahil maulan buong week, wala akong chance na makapag training... pero nakamindset talaga sa utak ko na kailangan makakuha ako ng medal. Race route: sobra ng at least 500m. Weather: No sun, but also no wind... mainitCrowd: naging magulo nung pabalik na sa MOA around Macapagal (WTC area) merge na kasi lahat ng category. ang dami nang walkers at runners, well specifically the 5km participants na hinaharangan na ang lane para sa 10/21/42 km runners. e mga 3kms pa ang kailangan takbuhin. ayun slow down na ko sa area na to.Organizer: the best pa din RunRio... I enjoyed every cold drinks in the station. ininom ko man yan o pinangpaligo. The finish... gaya nga ng sabi ko, pinush ko ang sarili ko para magkamedal... unfortunately, sa last turn, nakita ko na nilalagay na yung sign na hindi na sila magbibigay ng medals... ouch... kaya nasayangan ako... at isa pang nakakasakit ng damdamin, ubos na din loot bags... hahaha In short wala medal, wala lootbag, pero wala din injury... tingin ko nga nakabuti rin kasi nawala yung toxins sa katawan ko... new PR din yata. hehe recovering sa konting leg pains... kaya naman yan ng recovery massage... hahaha... No scheduled run yet for August-December... Any suggestions? planning on Energizer Night run... @ppdd, tara dito then punta tayo dun sa tinatanong mo sa akin sa BF Paranaque hahaha... Clarify ko lang- walang masama sa maglakad, basta hindi nakaharang sa ibang gusto pang tumakbo. Ako nga run-walk method, pero tumatabi ako sa gilid kung maglalakad. Quote Link to comment
