thedarknight
Yup, iniintindi ko na lang sila. At least they are having fun. Kaya binubuhusan ko na lang sila nang pawis makaganti man lang nang konti hehehe. BTW since this is only my second fun run, ang timer ba nang run rio eh start to finish lang? I've heard some runs provide you with your 5k, 10k, 15k, 21k time. Runrio will provide the separate time per category and they will also include the Gun Start time and Chip Start time. So kahit nasa kahulihan ka nung start e okay lang kasi ang basis mo will be your chip time. Hope this helps. Quote Link to comment

Confusedcius
Quote Link to comment

Ang alam ko for weight loss dapat may exercise at diet. Try looking up the century tuna superbods challenge of Anne Curtis & John Lloyd. They have a diet & exercise program to get fit. Yung week1 training mukhang medaling sundan. http://www.centurytuna.ph/superbodschallenge/ For running, start slow then gradually build up speed and distance. Don't forget to take a day of rest after each run. Key is to enjoy the run rather than over exerting yourself and not liking it. There are plenty of articles also in runnersworld uner their training programs: http://www.runnersworld.com/training Hope this helps. Quote Link to comment

To add to what floppy just said. Stop drinking coke and fruit juices. Kahit na yung mga diet diet juices kuna. panay asukal lang yan! Isama mo na rin iwasan ung mga 3 in 1 coffee. Mag brewed ka na lang. Stop eating junk foods and minimize take out i.e. mcdo, jollibee, yellowcab, raks, etc.. Lower your sugar intake.. Snack on fruits like apples and oranges at nilagang mani. Huwag panay karne ang ulam. Dapat pag may karne may gulay din. That sensible diet, coupled by regular exercise allows me to rice all you can 3 meals a day. (about 3 4 cups each meal). Meron online registration, pero puno na slots through online reg. Not sure if they still have slots at the onsite registration area. http://natgeorun.com/online/2014/registration/ Try contacting the secretariat if they will open up more online slots. Hope this helps. Quote Link to comment

Do you get incentives to be part of a running group. for example, yung mga members ba nang pinoyfitness ay may discount sa mga runs na organized nang pepsquad? Or me priority ba sila sa registration sa event? Quote Link to comment
