Confusedcius
I finally tried buko juice for a 5k easy run sa oval. Sakto kasi andami kong nabili na buko (at lambanog hehehe) galing Nagcarlan. I was drinking water and BJ for the whole day. Tig isang litro ata yun. I then loaded my hydration belt with BJ. One, 8 ounce contained pure juice. The other 8 ounce contained juice with uhog. Hiyang ata katawan ko sa buko juice. I was feeling great. No pains, no tight muscles. I was running at a pace of 7 minutes per kilometer. I was able to appreciate the tree foliage. The leaves falling and underfoot. The beautiful color palettes. The nice tight ass of a runner running the same pace. Minsan oovertake ako nang konti tapos you can see her sweat dropping to her neckline into her breasts. Then i'll slow down and Ahhh back to those tight bottom buns. The only problem I encountered was, medyo mautot ako nung tumatakbo ako. There was not enough gas to bother me BUT the small quantities of gas I let out smelled AWFUL. A psychiatrist friend told me that humans tend to love the smell of their own fars. I agree. But in this case, pati ako nababahuan. Baka coincidence lang kasi kamote merienda ko before the run. But this weekend on a 10k practice run pag mautot ako ulit, baka hindi na BJ ang gagamitin ko sa SUB1. mahirap na. Quote Link to comment

Edited February 27, 2014 by Confusedcius Quote Link to comment

floppydrive
Quote Link to comment

Confusedcius
a friend of mine gave me a dozen 17 ounce tetra packs of muscle milk. Hindi daw niya ginagamit at pa expire na eh. Subukan ko daw uminom after every run. Baka daw mag improve performance ko. Marketig strategy ata to get me hooked on the stuff. In fairness, masarap yung chocolate flavor. Does it really work? I'm grateful for the free stuff but i looked it up sa internet and ang mahal pala nang lintek. Quote Link to comment
