Confusedcius
question po. Any suggestions on a good running route sa quezon city. something at least 10 k long and with minimal incline/decline. If possible inside a park or with ample sidewalk. floppydrive
question po. Any suggestions on a good running route sa quezon city. something at least 10 k long and with minimal incline/decline? I'm not from QC, but the only flat area that friends recommend is the UP oval. One round is 2.2km with very minimal change in elevation. It is relatively safe and well shaded from the sun. On weekends, the oval is closed to vehicular traffic so less pollution too. Quote Link to comment

Confusedcius
I am trying out the sampleplan for the sub1 event. ang hirap pala nang aerobic recovery. kelangan nasa 60% to 70% ka nang Heart rate zone mo for 45 minutes. Quote Link to comment
