Kailan Kaya ako makakasali...

If you already run regularly, just sign up for a distance you're comfortable with and a race which is OK with your schedule. If you're just beginning to run, take it slow and build up your distance to 3Km, then sign up na for your first event. :-)

Running is the easiest sport to get into. No need to wait for a court, or even other players to compete against. All you need is your time and a good pair of running shoes. Tara, takbo na! :-)

Great! Visit www.takbo.ph or www.pinoyfitness.com. Each site has a section listing upcoming events with a short description and details (date, location, organizer, giveaways, etc). You can browse, plan and choose your next event there.

Good luck and have fun!
