saintmaverick
Only during anticipated MTC events like this coming Oct. 21 - sick leave!! :boo: Quote Link to comment
webster101
I normally get sick when I lose sleep, which I believe is natural since one's resistance to disease / immunity decreases when the body isn't able to recover from activity via sleep. In my opinion, even if you take supplements, etc., unless you get enough rest and sleep, you're prone to sickness that's why rest is one of the first things the doctor prescribes for any treatment. muffy69
have allergic rhinitis and back pain due to stress and a lot of work. Join the club. I have allergic rhinitis also. Now that it's autumn again, I'm starting to have attacks. I just had one last night and this afternoon. So irritating. I'm controlling it by using Nasacort nasal spray every morning and taking Zyrtec before I go to sleep. For my back pain, I just head to the gym to release stress and relieve my back aches. Edited October 21, 2006 by muffy69 Quote Link to comment
