I forgot the last time I really got sick after living the active lifestyle for quite sometime now.

At least every two or three months, I catch the colds, which then develop into cough.

 

Meron din akong parang allergy, basta may malanghap lang akong alikabok or any other irritant, nagkaka-sinusitis ako. This means paminsan-minsan nagkakaroon ako ng migraine. Worst thing that can happen is aabutin ng more than 24 hours yung headache ko kaya I don't get very productive at work when i have the migraine
