The earth is flat?

Noah's Flood?

The Firmament?

The earth is the center of the Universe?

The Creation myth?

Almost every "scientific" claim in the bible has already been proven false.

Even the Catholic church accepts Evolution as a fact.

Almost every "scientific" claim in the bible has already been proven false.

Today the "science" we are taught about is no longer true. Just like religion has been hijacked, science today is hijacked by the environmentalists. The environment keeps getting endangered and is shrinking rapidly from dwindling resources, but is that consistent with science procedure and observation? The clear answer is NO. The universe it ever expanding. Although stars are seen to expire, new ones are born. Just imagine that our Sun is but one star, thus the burst of new stars will dispute the attitude humankind has been conditioned to believe.

 

Science Procedure must be used for science. Yet today we got political or rather, Social procedure applied in scientific issues. Notice that global warming is decided not by fact but by polling of opinions. Many things that can stand for itself as facts are shaken by social acceptability instead. We are back in the dark ages where town squares hold a tribunal to decide what to believe and what facts to accept or reject. Many claim to be authorities and experts but they were the ones who got crossed out by the Science Procedure, which proves an hypothesis wrong or right using test and facts rather than thru authoritarianism.

I always say, the problem with bible nerds is that they lift selective verses. Take them out of their intended context. Give them self-serving interpretations, and forget the rest of what it says. So dudukutin mo nga naman mata mo at itatapon sa apoy pagkatapos mo makapanood scandal para makaakyat ka sa langit?

 

Isa pa, they seem to think that the whole universe exists within the realm of the Christian bible. They do not understand that there is also the realm of science, and the realm of politics. Kaya nga there is separation of church and state di ba. I laugh when they say "mas bubuti bansa kung batas ng biblia lagi susundin". Tanga! Kung susundin ng literal lahat ng nakasulat sa biblia wala ng tao matitira sa bansa natin. Kapag ang isang relihiyon ang pagbasehan natin ng lahat, magiging repressive yung society natin.

 

Ito kasi hirap kapag yung knowldge mo about the bible hindi mo sinasamahan ng knowledge about the physical world.

Why does it not make sense? Do you have an idea of Physics and Chemistry and how particles are just rearranged to make matter and energy hold its form? It is the structure and order that gives elements and molecules their properties. That made the periodic table relevant since it was able to sort some order and proof that those that belong or can be lumped together were consistently exhibiting similar properties or characteristics. But all of these elements are just made up of the same building materials. Only the count changed.

 

Engineering is a real world rendition of applied physics. It uses same if not similar equations but since the real world got loads of factors that influence the outcome, people adjusted the results using coefficients and values that permit better precision or accuracy.

 

Maybe you understand entropy or the law that states that all physical matter behaves to change or weaken in order at some point. If people would apply this to reality they they will not even think twice about Change. The problem today is mankind has reverted to its pagan ways and started blaming human activity for change, for the nth time.
