i forgot. your results show you dont have hepatitis B, but neither do you have antibody titers to protect you from it. so ask your gastro about hep B vaccines.

 

and you dont have acute hepatits A either.

I know that I and my wife have Hepa B. and i know that we already have it for mre than 2 years na.. up until now nde pa din kami nag papacheck up it is because we are afraid to know the truth and discrimination.. Doctors whats the best thing to do po ba? gusto nanamin mag pacheck up pero we dnt know kung saan maganda.. here is the scenario...

 

Nabuntis ko wife ko at na diagnos cya na Hepa B positive cya.. so yung lumabas yung baby namin automatic na inject agad cya ng anti-hepa.. now 2 yrs and 3 months na baby ko and still nde pa kami nagpapacheck up there where attemps pero para kasing nahihiya kami pag nalaman ng mga taong nakapaligid sa amin lalao na sa work.. whats is the best thing to do po ba.. Alam ko na need namin mag pacheck ng wife ko.. need advice where to start..

 

May kasama kasing emotinal factor din ito so we don't talk it talga.. ako aminado ako nag karoon ako ng intercourse sa iba't ibang babae and i assume na ako ang nakahawa sa wife ko.. what to do i'm really lost.. aaw ko naman lumala ang sakit ko or dumating pa sa severe case..

 

 

Doctors.. is there any symptoms po ba na grabe na ang sakit ko..

First is, you and your wife will be asked to undergo some blood exams to know the status of your hepatitis B ( e.g. liver function, hepatitis profile, etc.). From there, malalaman na ng doctor mo ang next step. yung status mo is either nagkaroon ka ng acute or chronic infection.

 

Walang symtom most of the time, subclinical ang presentation. yung mg asymptoms na paninilaw ay late stage na yun.

it depends on your antibody levels. have your anti-Hbs level checked.

 

and if they are adequate, then no need to get a booster dose.

 

no, it doesnt make you immune to hepatitis A.

you need another vaccine for that.

seek help from a hepatologist, its a subspec ng gastroeterologist and they have meds for hepa B, it will at least delay or halt complications of hepa B. Go to big hospitals, most have these specialists

Huwag pong mahiya kung may Hepatitis B. Bagamat nakakahawa ito, hindi madaling mahawa ng casual contact. Puwede kang mahawa ng blood or body fluid exposure tulad ng blood transfusion, sex, sharing of needles usually sa drug addict, sa panganganak at may mga iba maliit na porsyento di alam kung saan galing. Hindi po makaha ng ihi, laway, paghawak o pag akbay, pagtingin o paghinga ng hangin.

 

Karamihan po ay magkaroon ng panglaban ang katawan natin sa Hep B, at maaring gumaling ng walang ginagawa.

 

Kung meron talagang record na positive kayo 2 years ago, ang first step is to do anti HsBAg at liver enzymes nyo, blood test po yan at pag positve eh wala ng dapat gawin, magaling na po kayo, maari nyo na po akong ilibre dyan sa malapit na Burger Machine.
