Reservoir/ production management.

General Knowledge in drilling and in production facilities.

Planning and management skills to plan and carryout jobs.

Negotiation skills especially when dealing with contractors/vendors.

 

Senior Process Engineer:

The senior process Engineer shall report to the head operations. The responsibility of the position shall include, but not limited to the followings:

Provide technical support to the offshore operations team as they conduct their day to day duties, with the aim of optimizing production.

Conduct trouble shooting and de-bottlenecking duties on behalf of the Development and operation department.

Function as a resource person or focal point to any HAZOP related to facilities major upgrade and/ or modification associated with process operations.

Involve in the review of process set points with the objective of optimizing production.

Initiate facilities improvement proposal that will result in enhanced, safe, cost effective operation of HIP.

Development of various procedures relating to process optimization.

Management of gas/ condensate sampling analysis and reporting requirements as per USGA.

Review and enhance performance of facilities against operating/ design envelopes.

Responsible for setting up mini laboratory on HIP and monitor the test carried out.

Manage third party laboratory service contracts.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Process Engineering.

15 years experience in offshore oil and gas operation.

10 Years experience in gas platform operations and maintenance.

Understand the reason for demand swings for oil and gas and the changes in unit price that goes with such swings.

Experienced in preparing operations WP&B (work program and budget).

Understand the commercial inter-dependence amongst upstream and downstream OPUs and customers.

Possess extensive troubleshooting skills in oil and gas Separation, Gas compression, glycol dehydration, Produced water treatment, Chemical injection and condensate Dewatering systems.

Able to draft production/ operation procedures and coordination of its formalization on site.

Able to work as a team.

 

Rotating Equipment Engineer

 

The Rotating Equipment Engineer shall report to the head, Maintenance. The responsibilities of the position shall include, but not limited to the following:

Maintain and troubleshoot rotating equipment, turbo machinery and associated systems to ensure uninterrupted production.

Achievement of key performance indicators as set for the rotating equipment.

Develop and populate maintenance data into CMMMS. Manage work orders accordingly.

Develop specifications for rotating equipment snd assist in development and review of procurement documentation.

Ensure major rotating equipment failures are thoroughly investigated and root causes established to improve system/equipment reliability.

Responsible to analyze inspection and maintenance data, formulate and implement medium to long- term maintenance strategies.

Ensure prompt engagement of rotating specialist services or expert advise in areas beyond in- house capabilities.

Implementation of HSE and quality procedures.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering Discipline preferably in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 7 years relevant experience in offshore oil and gas operations.

Minimum 5 years experience of gas platform maintenance majoring in rotating equipment especially turbo compressors and generators..

Sound knowledge on maintenance technique e.g. CBM,RCM, RBM etc.

Excellent HSE awareness.

Excellent PC literacy.

Highly motivated, good drive and must be a team player.

 

FOR OIL AND GAS COMPANY BASED IN AUSTRALIA

The Job:

Understand project requirements, identify and address project parameters and problem, develop and implement good solutions.

Prepare project documentation, including procedures, for installation of sub sea structures, flowlines, umbilicals, and other flexible products.

Perform installation analysis for structures and flexible products during all phases of subsea installation.

Interface with engineering and drafting department.

Interface with purchasers, suppliers, fabricators, and customers.

Assist with mobilization and de mobilization of vessels and equipment.

Follow up on projects through participation on board installation vessels during construction phase.

Ensure relevant safety and legal requirements are observed during planning and execution.

 

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor of Science in Engineering

Must have previously worked with or currently engaged by offshore installation contractors, with minimum 2 years installation/ project experience for installation Engineers and minimum 5 years for senior position.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in offshore/subsea installation.

Competency in computer software such as excel, mathcad, word, orcaflex and Finite Structural Software would be an advantage.

 

Senior Design Engineers

 

The Job:

Perform detailed design of subsea structures(e.g. PLET,PLEM)and installation aides using finite elements Structural Software and inhouse Mathcad/ Excel Software.

Perform sea fastening and tie down design, padeye design, calculation of hydrodynamic loads, cathodic protection design for structures, etc.

Installation engineering analysis of structures and flexible products during all phases of subsea installation.

Interface with project engineers and drafting department.

Maybe required to followup on projects through participation on board installation vessels during construction phase.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering licensed.

Preference will be given to those with previous work experience with offshore installation contractor or consultant, and who have worked on subsea structures and/or flexible or rigid pipelines.

Must have at least 5 years relevant experience.

Competency in computer software such as Excel, Mathcad, word, Orcaflex, and finite Element Structural Software (SACS, FS2000 or similar) would be an advantage.

Familiar with international offshore design codes and standards.

 

Cost Controller/ Engineer

 

Main Responsibilities:

Project set up coordination.

Project controls services (coordinate planning, schedulling, cost control services and resource planning for all projects)
