whenever i'm sad... i gain weight... like now :(

 

comfort foods:

 

chocolates (all kinds as in... except the ones filled with coconuts - mapa milk, dark, white, creamy w/ everything on it)

cakes (all kinds as in din!)

ice cream (lahat din)

fruits (pero hindi isa isa... 1 kl of grapes/lychees isang kainan... ganun)

rice - 2 cups per meal (double intake pag nagiisip - syempre meron ding ulam)

snacks - am, pm, midnight

pringles

chips ahoy - chocolate chips (preferred pa if striped)

junk foods

... basta dapat laging merong chinichew ...

... basta laging nagpipig-out sa meals...

:(( it's actually a problem na pabalik balik sakin... everytime i get sad... i'm like a balloon - no permanent size :(
