Im using a Canon 450D and I upgraded my basic lense to 18 to 200mm. Photography is more of a hooby for me rather than doing it for professionally. I usually travel once a year and I always bring this dslr with me to capture moments...

Nag try ako sumali sa mga local competitions and sinuwerte na rin na manalo. Pero, I dont use photo shop to edit my pictures. Wala kasi ako photo shop at di rin naman ako marunong gumamit nun... I just shoot, tapos adjust ng camera tapos shoot ulit. I just play around with the aperture, shutter speed and ISO.

Im going to Bahrain this September 9 to 12 to have a photo walk there. Share ko na lang dito yung pics na makukuha ko if everyone would permit...

I'm a newbie sa photography working here in SG.

I use a EOS 550D Canon lenses 18-550 (Kit) and 55-250mm.

Mahal na hobby, pero the best advise given to me is this.

Invest less on the camera body and more on the lens.

Pinagiipunan ko pa ang pambili ng legit na photoshop for post processing...

If you're into this like me, well be sure to work on a budget...

Haha, my bad posted na pala on this.

Well in response to all your comments.

It is true that the 18-55MM is a bad choice.

Though the lens is very much indespensable.

It can be fitted with lens extensions to do other works like standard macro or ultra-wide angle shots.

I'll go for a 50mm 1.8f as the 1.4f doesn't fit with my budget.

Still working on getting this lens though.

I had an additional lens 55-250MM for standard zooms.

The lens is adequate for regular events that I cover and street shoots which I fancy a lot.

My primary objective as a photographer is to be creative and cost effective.

With this, I invest on what equipment I'll get.

Which reminds me this, it will all come down to post production.
