rickrolled
hello! can anyone recommend a good subject to start in photography? I just want to test the water first before i go on a full dive. I have a spare time for this year to try and do some relaxation stuff. Quote Link to comment

Real Derick
If i were to test a second hand camera, what should I look out for? Am just a newbie and only have Php 8K to spare and I see lots of second hand EOS at that price range. But what should I test first? Quote Link to comment

Kung dslr yan, ask the seller about the shutter count kasi yan ang parang buhay nung camera, pag nasira yan useless na cam and costly ang magpa replace nyan tapos tanong mo na rin kelan nabili. romyg
i was an avid hobbyist of photography during my bachelor days...it gave me a lot of satisfaction and relaxation....then work got in the way...i am thinking of going back to one my former love (i.e. photography)...i was using a minolta before, then shifted to nikon.....but they were all film based camera....now, i starting to read magazines (again) and i am getting confused which camera to buy.....i am thinking of a full frame camera (medyo meron nang budget because of the work)...but i am not sure what to get...a canon or nikon? i especially like portraiture and a little of landscape, actually lahat! any advice will be appreciated both from canon and nikon users. salamat mga pre! Quote Link to comment

glut_func
yes i see sony advertisement, but are they better in quality than either nikon or canon? personally and as far as image quality is concerned, yes. Nikon and canon are good in their own way, I've used all those brands myself pero pag standard setup lang ginamit mo parang mas sharp pa sony ...pero syempre subjective pa rin yun. wingedchair
can we start a thread where newbies like me can share our photos? and perhaps the veterans masters can teach us a thing or two onhow to improve our shots. Quote Link to comment
