These days the games sa console is being converted to pc. So I'll stick to PC. Both of them are good. It's just that PC has the upper hand.

console for me. no drivers incompatibility nor patches needed. just plug and play and you're all set (nintendo).

ps4 takes patience before a game is loaded and installed. but i believe the future will be solid-state memory chip based games. cd's will be obsolete.

PC - Pros & Cons

• Backward Compatibility (downside is yung driver, OS restriction and yeah...kung sobrang outdated na ng laro.)
• With your current gaming rig desktop class PC, pede pa siya umabot more than 4-5 years (Sorry laptop...parang 2-3 years ka lang kung maalaga yung gumagamit)
• Yung Sales! upto 90%
• Can be used for productivity and gaming though mahal ang piyesa ng PC
• Hassle installation to some games. Imagine mo ang daming driver iooptimize
• Multiple Controllers compatibility

 

Console - Pros & Cons

• Backward Compatibility (Thought hindi full compatible. Selected games lang)
• Bihira yung mag sales ang laro...aasa ka sa 2nd hand kaso used code na karamihan
• Plug & Play - though may laro na kailangan iinstall tapos update na more than 20gb
• Console Exclusive games
• Gimmick -- e.g Kinect, Motion Control
• 6-7 years lifespan ng isang console....tapos may update ng hardware sa mid
• No more drivers o missing components na lagi present sa PC users.
