Recipe for chili garlic oil/dressing:

Ingredients:

About 15-20 pieces of chili pepper, chopped finely (I use marusot.)

250 ml of cooking oil

3-5 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp sugar

Procedure:

1. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Put the garlic in until it starts to be crispy.

2. Put the chili in. Season with black pepper. Heat and stir for about 8-10 mins.

3. Stir in the sugar and some water. Be careful as it will bubble a lot. Simmer until the oil is sufficiently brown.

4. Pour in a sterile jar. Use a separate spoon to pour out the oil. It will keep for two weeks.
