hunter21
manual if you are traveling to province but if city driving, I highly recommend automatic for convenience and easy driving because of the heavy traffic. Quote Link to comment
thepressurebomber
I reiterate my love for a proper manual. A car is not an appliance; we car enthusiast "feel" the car. A car is a thing, but it is also more than a thing, be it due to sentimental value, memories, or the connection we feel when we drive. An automatic simply cannot replicate the sensation of being in complete control, and the overall satisfaction (relaxing, or exciting) when the roads clear up, and you just...feel. We do not talk about cars the way we do simple appliances such as television or media players. An automatic transmission can be fun to drive, can be faster, and in all intents, less stressful during adverse driving conditions, but a manual amplifies what you sense, whether good or bad, during the drive. p-colossus
Automatic because I live in the city. Hassle mag manual sa stop-go na mga lugar. My car is semi-automatic anyway so if it's engine control, I can just switch to the manual mode and drive it that way. Quote Link to comment
changeup0016
Manual para hindi nakakaantok magdrive ☺ Quote Link to comment
black cat
Cause of heavy traffic, I prefer automatic. Pag manual kasi you always need to go back to primera cause of the stop and go. Pagod ka na nga sa work eh magiisip ka pa din while driving. Usually tulala na lang ako sa kawalan while I drive. Mechanical driving. Edited March 27, 2016 by black cat Quote Link to comment

With all these said; I drive manuals, automatics, and now a CVT, and they all feel like "things" to me that should be replaced given 3 years, min, and/or 5 years max---- what does that make of me then?
