How Do You Keep Yourself Young

It is all in the diet and lifestyle!

The highest impact on looking young forever is the things we eat and do. For food, its all about getting all the vitamins and minerals that you need (kumbaga sa elementary, yung 'Glow' foods, haha). This means that in any food or diet you are having, make sure that you are compensating for a balanced intake.

Say, you are on a High Protein, Low Calorie diet. Make sure that you are at least taking supplements to compensate for the vitamins that you are not getting from a high protein, low calorie diet.

For lifestyle, one word, SLEEP.
