Sleep - i make sure that i get good sleep every night. 6 hours is good enough. 3. Sex - c'mon guys, we need this to keep us healthy, and sane.Trust me. And please, selfies and self service (aka masturbating) dont fall in thia category. Well, kung wala talaga, ut"s better than nothing. LOL! Some other things I do.-drink plenty of water. Dapat, magkakain ng gulay and use Himalayan salt or sea salt to replenish yung pangangailangan ng katawan natin for trace minerals.
