SOY/SOYA/TAHO MILK - all about it!

Soy/Soybean/Taho/Soy milk --

All of which; are good.

Whatever claims from some food circles that say its not beneficial to humans;  is contradictory to the actual food science behind soy bean/soy food.

Soy milk is actually good for any stage of human life; plus.. any human with lactose intolerance can drink it & not have the bad effects thereafter

.

Taho &/or Tofu also has & can more than match a beef patty or chicken breast in terms of protein content.
