cherieYIN888
actually depende sa tao, kanya kanyang hiyang din, i take centrum dati pero inaantok ako dun, then nagpa consult ako sa doctor, pinalitan ng ONE A DAY, ok naman. then ascorbic acid yes, it depends on a certain individual..that's why we have to consult doctors... A lot of people think vitamins can replace food, they cannot! In fact, vitamins cannot be assimilated without ingesting food. That is why they should be taken with a meal. Vitamins regulate metabolism, help convert fat and carbohydrates into energy, and assist in forming bone and tissue. Quote Link to comment

ranma2463
Pina-ok yung Berrocca! Its water-soluble so it's absorbed by the body faster. It's 1000 mg of Vit. C and combined with B-Complex. Cures colds, cough, stress and tired-ness. Best to take it before sleeping or throughout the day. Quote Link to comment
xwhiteshadowz
no matter how the vitamins are prepared it will still depend on your body for its absorption...it will just matter on the presentation or the ease of use...though still..vitamins are supplements..you still have to take a good diet to fulfill the need of your body..and these supplements supply the other vits and minerals that may lack in your diet..be cautious in taking vitamins more on the fat soluble ones cause they are the ones that may cause problems once taken in excess...
