cherieYIN888
actually depende sa tao, kanya kanyang hiyang din, i take centrum dati pero inaantok ako dun, then nagpa consult ako sa doctor, pinalitan ng ONE A DAY, ok naman. then ascorbic acid yes, it depends on a certain individual..that's why we have to consult doctors... A lot of people think vitamins can replace food, they cannot! In fact, vitamins cannot be assimilated without ingesting food. That is why they should be taken with a meal. Vitamins regulate metabolism, help convert fat and carbohydrates into energy, and assist in forming bone and tissue. Quote Link to comment

ranma2463
Pina-ok yung Berrocca! Its water-soluble so it's absorbed by the body faster. It's 1000 mg of Vit. C and combined with B-Complex. Cures colds, cough, stress and tired-ness. Best to take it before sleeping or throughout the day. Quote Link to comment
xwhiteshadowz
no matter how the vitamins are prepared it will still depend on your body for its absorption...it will just matter on the presentation or the ease of use...though still..vitamins are supplements..you still have to take a good diet to fulfill the need of your body..and these supplements supply the other vits and minerals that may lack in your diet..be cautious in taking vitamins more on the fat soluble ones cause they are the ones that may cause problems once taken in excess... I intend to do it for several months to test whether it is really effective as a sexual stimulant because it contains ginseng. Is there any one on this forum who is a Rogin-E user? Please provide input on the effectiveness of this vitamin. Quote Link to comment

peterparker
is it true that you can take as many vitamin c supplement, hindi ka daw pwedeng maóverdose sa vitamin c? i'm taking revicon and a vitamin c supplement is it alright na pagsabayin ko sila.. . Minor Symptoms of Vitamin C OverdoseVitamin C Overdose can take form in a number of ways. If you are currently taking Vitamin C, and notice any of the following symptoms, decrease your dosage immediately, as these are all minor signs of a small Vitamin C Overdose: •Nausea•Strong smelling Urine•Mouth ulcers•Gas•Bloating•Upset stomach Diarrhea is also a sign that you are taking too much Vitamin C; however, doctors suggest using this sign to gauge your absolute maximum Vitamin C intake. Diarrhea resulting from excessive amounts of Vitamin C is considered just below potentially dangerous levels, and can actually result in certain health benefits such as a lowered risk of colon cancer. Major Symptoms of Vitamin C OverdoseRecent studies have suggested that there are a number of health related problems that can occur as the result of too much Vitamin C consumption, contrary to popular belief. This is especially true for people who take more than 6000mg a day, or those who take additional supplements along with high doses of Vitamin C. Major Symptoms of a dangerous Vitamin C Overdose include: •Kidney stones•Vitamin B-12 deficiencies•Copper deficiencies•Increased need for oxygen If you experience or notice any of these symptoms, discuss your Vitamin C intake with your doctor immediately. Do not alter your dosage on your own, though. Dramatically altered levels of Vitamin C in the body can result in numerous health hazards.
