Well-studied na supplements at Vitamins with robust evidences are as follows:
Vitamin D3 (700-800 ug/day)
Magnesium (400mg/daily)
Creatinine (5grams/daily)

Pero ako nag-aadd na lang din ako Vitamin B Complex + Vitamin C 1 tab daily pang palakas ng immune system at ng katawan in general
