manutd1
3 dishes are tied for first place for me:Â 1) Kare-Kare 2) Laing3) Sisig (has to be pig face and not the fake chopped pork stuff you see at some restaurants)Â Bulalo and Crispy Pata followly closely at a respectable 4th and 5th place. cocoy0
I first tasted Sinigang na baboy na luto ng tatay ko. Heavenly. Comfort food ko ito for 7 years until I was in high school. I met papaitan na baka then, which can't hold a candle to kambing, but I also found out about pares. When I was in college, I could eat calderetang baka everyday as long as it was cooked by Ilocana's.
