you may checkout Windjammer Villa or Casa Fides, they're both inside Lakewood subdivision. Both are newly build and clean, with a nice view of Mt. Makiling.

I would have to agree with this. Been there a couple of times, very good amenities. Ease of booking the place, no hiccups. The rooms are very clean, you know that the sheets are always new. You can sleep here knowing you’re in good hands. You cannot go wrong with windjammer or casa Fides
