Always ask questions, even if it seems too simple for others. Observe and learn from everyone you work with. Invest your money. Socialize, but do not kiss ass. Be professional, Be open-minded. Maintain your integrity.

If you recently graduated and have no job yet: invest on personal development courses that would increase your skillset or mindset. It is much easier these days since most courses are online.

If you got hired: learn the processes from your colleagues and build your own methodology. Stay for 2 years then move to another company/industry to gain more wisdom from your new colleagues then add that up to your personal methodology.
