Yes freelancers will tell you na libre ang knowledge sa net..the problem is sobrang kalat kalat ung knowledge sa mga free sources and some of them don't even explain the rationale behind the things that they are teaching kaya minsan maganda pa rin ung talagang may course kahit na paid pa like udemy, coursera datacamp etc. Quote Link to comment
