Upskill and take it from someone na with experience DO NOT take a LOAN unless necessary like for investment ng property or you need the money for upskilling. Yes freelancers will tell you na libre ang knowledge sa net..the problem is sobrang kalat kalat ung knowledge sa mga free sources and some of them don't even explain the rationale behind the things that they are teaching kaya minsan maganda pa rin ung talagang may course kahit na paid pa like udemy, coursera datacamp etc.
