maginoo Posted April 11, 2016 Share Posted April 11, 2016 Mag Empleyado o Mag Negosyo? Sabi ni Dave Ramsey: "There's always a third choice." Hindi ba puwedeng mag empleyado at mag negosyo at the same time? Paano? First, establish a target.. for now mas madali i-set ang target na pera like 5M for 2 years. Parang generic ang target mo kapag pera ang objective. Kasi maraming nagagawa/nabibili ang pera. For setting an objective, dito ka mabibigyan ng direksyon. Si Bill Gates, ang target niya noon is something like: to put a computer on each household in the world, (or something like that). Obviously, nangyari. In short, have a vision. Now that you have a target, the next question is: paano mo maa achieve ang 5M, as per our example above. Dito papasok ang pagta trabaho... kahit anong trabaho basta legal. In short, have a mission. Ang importante makapag simula ng may pumapasok na pera at the same time mabibigyan ka ng pagkakataon maka establish ng sarili mong "network". Make sure na mahigpit mong pinipigilan ang lahat ng pagkakataon na lumalabas ang pera... make sure na NEVER kang mangungutang from other people and especially from using a credit card. Then palawakin mo ang network mo. Mag join ka sa mga kulto, clubs, religion, maski networking patulan mo na maski hindi ka naman nagpapa member. Kapag malawak na ang network mo, marami kang matututunan. Marami ka rin mami meet na iba't ibang tao sa iba't ibang antas ng pamumuhay. Ang hahanapin mo sa network mo is: another stream of income at ma augment ang kinikita mo sa pagta trabaho. Kapag may 2nd job ka, mas mapapabilis ng kaunti ang pag iipon mo ng 5M na target. Kapag naka ipon ka na ng halagang mga 500k, itabi mo ito as your emergency fund. Magsisilbing insurance mo ito at proteksyon na magbibigay kasiguruhan sa'yo na mararating mo ang 5M na hinahangad. Kapag may 500k ka na, normally ibig sabihin nito is: "wala kang pera". 500k = 0... para 'wag mo magasta. So habang nag iipon ka ng pera, nag iipon ka rin ng mga kaibigan. Ang hahanapin mo na mga kaibigan ay yung mga negosyante especially yung mga self-made millionnaires. Huwag ka na dun sa mga "born with the silver spoon" kind of people. Once naikot mo na ang dapat ikutin sa trabaho, pwede mag-side line ng business. If nag flourish, expand lang ng expand. Vincent Durden Posted May 15, 2016 Share Posted May 15, 2016 (edited) Build a business habang bata ka pa kasi mas less pa yung responsibilities mo at that age. I think mas mahirap magstart ng mas matanda kasi mas marami kang iririsk (i.e. family, steady income, reputation). Ang napapansin ko kapag mas matanda yung tao, mas risk averse sila. Kapag nagfail ka sa business mo, pwede ka pa naman bumalik sa pagiging empleyado. Start young pero do realize na mas matrabaho gumawa ng business kaysa maging empleyado. Hindi gumagana yung mga passive income, get rich quick bullshit schemes. Kailangan mo talaga magwork ng mas todo kumpara sa mga competitors mo, kung hindi aagawin nila yung share mo ng market.
