maginoo
To all veterans of the real world, mga employees and those who entered business. With all your experiences what would you advise our upcoming graduates. Maniguro muna at magtrabaho para sureball ang income or Venture out into the risky world of business.
kung fresh grad ka at gusto mo business, trabaho ka na muna sa mga companies. there you will learn how an employee should be treated when you have a business. kapag naipon na ang capital mo, then proceed with the business in mind Quote Link to comment
snowman74
hindi biro mag negosyo. you need capital to put up a business. you can work for a company and earn money then resign and put up a business. but you dont really have to work for a company that engages in the same business you want to put up though it would be to your advantage. j0hn
if ur a normal guy that don't belong to the higher ups of society, then what can u do? u dont have the capital required to start a business. So just be an employee(preferably abroad, dahil wala ka maiipon d2) gain experience in the field that u want to do business, after years of experience, if u have the capital, then start the business. if u belong to the higher ups then u have no problem at all, mayaman naman c mommy at daddy. all u need to do is ask sa kanila, or minsan ipapamana na lang sayo ung business. kawawa naman c normal guy. =( the normal guy climbed the mountain to get to the top the mayaman guy took the helicopter to get to the top. hahaha Quote Link to comment
rockyroadster
If you have the capital, better to invest in a business. On the other hand, working for a company may provide you valuable experience that would help you when you start your own business. Quote Link to comment
eloyski777
For me, I want both (employed and ventured into business) because I have some relatives that I can ask to work for me. I am not denoting of using them but I want them to be employed in my own business for short period of time until they can find a better employment or have their business too. Actually, this is my mentality when it comes to business, I want to have a business as medium to help people that I know don't have a way for living. But as the owner, I will emphasize the rules and regulations and even let them learn some norms of having a business to them because I have witnessed from friends and office-mates that relatives sometimes is not good part of the business. As much as possible I want to explore all opportunities that will or can be of help, for me to attain my dreams. Wooolaaahhh...Hehehe... Quote Link to comment
5tormtrooper
you can start working muna as an employee to learn the ropes and expose yourself to opportunities for business. this is what happened to me, now my sideline is kicking in more money than my actual salary and i dont even have to do a lot of things. i wouldnt have gotten into that sideline if i didnt work as an employee. i was able to create connections and identify opportunities with proper negotiation. pretty soon, it will be a full time thing for me, para lang tuloy tuloy na.
