pacey Posted November 12, 2011 Share Posted November 12, 2011 someone i know told me that i have the saddest eyes ever. maybe i do, as i feel old beyond my years. i usually just pull back into myself, find a comfortable spot in the apartment, stick my earphones in my ear (duh) and play this korean pianist's music on blast, and do some self-introspection. depending on how bad it is, sometimes i grab the book i'm currently reading, my ipod, head over to my favorite coffee shop, and chill for the next few hours. however, when it's really really bad, i run to church. i haven't been a practicing catholic for years, but the same someone who told me i had sad eyes also reminded me of the importance of touching base with the divine. and lately, although it hasn't been too bad, i've been making more and more trips to the church to go to mass, or to just pray. helps take off the edge.
