when i was single, i would just stay all day and night in my bedroom and would just go out to eat or go to the bathroom. now that i'm married, i would go out alone and watch a movie by myself just to give myself a break.

near the sea if its accessible. but in most cases, when i'm really sad and depressed, an adoration chapel is the best place to go. oh, by the way, need i say communing with nature is a good choice too?

Recently I've taken to riding around the village on my mountain bike when I feel down or cooped up inside the house. It's very relaxing to just let your body take care of the pedaling and let your mind fly away!
