Where Do You Go When You're Lonely?

I go back to my self.

when i feel lonely i link to the internet and read while having the tv or radio playing by the side...

I usually go to a room in my place where I can be alone with my thoughts.

 

Once in a while, I'll go out for a drive for a change of scenery.

 

Once in a while too, I'd go to a church and just sit there and think.

I just walk and walk... kung ano makita kong jeep, sakay ako kahit saan papunta.

then walk and walk hanggang mapagod at abutan na ng dilim. Saka ko na lang iintindihin kung nasan na ako.

Then pagiispan ko kung uuwi ako. hahaha

I close my eyes. Put myself in a relaxed posture - sitting, standing or lying down, as circumstances allow. Concentrate on my breathing. Quiet my mind...and then I am where I need to be.
