Guest Leviticus Posted June 22, 2007 Share Posted June 22, 2007 I read yesterday that it is cooler in manila because of the smog covering the city. The smog actually keeps the heat out. But in the evening, the same smog keeps the heat in so it's still warm. Sa probinsya maganda tumira; pollution is almost nonexistent, you can actually walk on dirt or sand, plenty of trees.
