why this place?

rural yet urban!

far from pollution, traffic, masikip na kalsada and the lyks

plus, its not much away from manila. its just an hour drive(considering NLEX as ur pass way).

pgdating mo ng pampanga, u wud probably notice na malaki tlga kalsada nla unlyk manila. masarap cmoy ng hangin. laid back place. daming mga villages and residential areas. npkalapit p s airport, s field, duty free na ang mumura, clubs, casino! name it!

It depends what your need is... If you are a family man i'd say somewhere south like alabang. If you are a bachelor i'd say makati or manila.

pero kung laid back setting lang..sa mga probinsya ka na..(Cagayan, Davao, Cebu, Palawan etc)

I've Lived In Banawe.

I've Lived In Corinthian Gardens (Ortigas).

I've Lived In The Bellevue (Grace Village, Banawe)

I've Lived In Ferndale Homes (Commonwealth, Diliman)

I'm Living In Wack-Wack Heights (Shaw Blvd.)

 

All are not a good place to stay. I dont feel anything since everyone cares about themselves. I dont feel a sense of belonging to any of these place.

 

The best place to live in, I would say would be in your safe haven in your head. Nothing could change that.

Mandaluyong...it terms of convenient location...it's like almost the center of Metro Manila...from here you can easily access QC,PASIG,MANILA,MAKATI etc.
