Felt really lonely after my girlfriend broke up with me, I immediately sought solace in paid services of a sex worker which won't really solve anything and I eventually stopped. I would also go to places we normally go to but instead of dining in a restaurant we used to frequent, I only order takeout and eat inside my car on the parking lot/building, I stay there for about 2 or 3 hours until I no longer felt sorry for myself. Over time, I developed a new hobby, saw an improvement in my earnings, and began sculpting a body that many would describe as attractive. I found contentment in being alone for now but started considering a future life partner, even though I'm not great at dating. With many aspects of my life improving, I am gradually gaining confidence.
