Has anyone heard or been to this place? I read a short article and I need more info. Is it close to the beach? How far is it from the town? Safe for Americans?

Been to Camiguin, but never heard of this place. If you're looking for accommodation, try the Paras Beach Resort. From here, the famous White Island, a sandbar seen in most postcards featuring Camiguin, is visible. I think it's safe for anyone, unless you stand out wearing orange pants, yellow shoes and green shirt! Try to go during the Lanzones festival.

just wanna ask re the CR since I am very particular about comfort rooms (a flaw, I know ). And since it isn't airconditioned, madami bang mosquitoes?

the nicest room they have is only 950/ night. no a/c though. we were just enthralled by it's artsy fartsy nature.

just came back from a three day stay in Camiguin after a day at CDO for whitewater rafting. stayed at this place and we were enthralled by it's wonder. Spent the first night at the Eagle's suite. Super laki nung suite so we decided to shift to their honeymoon suite or the shell suite the day after. Honeymoon to the max nga! current avvy was taken by MTC fubu on our trip to the white Island. current personal photo is a photo of us taken by our tour guide at white island which is about 40 mins away from enigmata. We were billed nearly 4k during our 3d 2n stay at Enigmata but that includes the food and little trinkets from their shop na. Cheap! we will be back. nice place to make babies!
