Lately on my evening excursions, I’ve been going full floral. I start with a lather of B&BW Rose & Vanilla and follow it up with LUSH’s Ro’s Argan body conditioner. After shower, I moisturize with Sol de Janeiro 68 Elasti-Cream to help the fragrance adhere to the skin. I seal it all in with NUXE’s pink body oil, then finish with a generous spritz of PDM Delina Exclusif. The layering helps with the projection, and I like this little pre-date ritual.

Same here. Medyo nahinaan ako sa longevity ni afternoon swim tapos ganun yung price. Nag-imagination na lang ako. No regrets, ok performance sakin.

been trying to experiment with layering, playing with some of my old rasasi and john varvatos perfumes- but i haven’t exactly gone all in like some here. 
 

would appreciate some advice- but i’ve lived with hits or misses so that’s optional.

a partner of mine gave me this perfume from loewe named solo esencial as a gift from her trip from madrid. it’s a diluted floral and woody scent with, i think, some vanilla base notes.

not really my cup of tea- i’m all for woodsy and floral scents, just not ones that are too watered down. but it does at least widen my nasal palette,

and of course i’ll use it. it’s a gift after all.

 

-now how to layer this…

I have a date tonight, and I already know it will end with me making a man very happy. I’ll still shower before I see him, but this morning, I reached for Initio Atomic Rose to get myself into the right headspace. It’s one of the more seductive rose scents I own. Roses on Ice by Kilian hasn’t touched my skin since I discovered this one.

Where do you buy your Initio? I'm intrigued by their scents.

For me mga perfumes with vanilla notes yung seductive. 

Pag makikipag date ako tapos di ko sure how it'll end, I used Carolina Herrera - Very Good Girl.

Pero pag alam ko na na mag eend up to somewhere more private hahahaha, I used bianco latte by gdt. 

-Yung amoy nito parang amoy na masarap kang kainin. 🤣 Vanilla, caramel, something. 

Kaso decant lang meron ako nito, pricey din kasi at niche 

Pero on a daily basis, sa weather natin dito, elizabeth arden green tea yung ginagamit ko. Ang energizing haha.

 

Binagayan talaga din dapat sa weather, kaya naiisip ko pano nila natitiis mag amoy bacarat rouge 540 sa gantong kainit na panahon. 🤣

Scents are a personal experience. BR540 remains one of my favorites, even though I sold my bottle a couple of years ago. We all know it’s not exactly a beast when it comes to longevity and projection, especially in warmer weather.

Bianco Latte is also technically better suited for cooler temps, but if you love it, wear it. That’s really the whole point: wear what makes you happy and let others enjoy what they love too.

Edit: Bianco Latte layers beautifully with EOS Vanilla Cashmere body lotion and LUSH Sticky Dates (shower gel or body spray).
