Alternative Exercises

I'm a lazy cat when it comes to gym. What I love to do is walking. It's my form of exercise, if that counts. I make it a point to at least reach 10,000 steps minimum a day. I use the stairs instead of elevator. Then 15,000 to 20,000 steps during weekends. Usually, I can do more than 20k if I'm staying in the province like Baguio, if here in Metro, 16k max pa lang.

 

I know it's not enough, especially if I want to lose some weight. But hey, it's better than nothing. :)
