Nah, it's more than just that. Being sexy is all about confidence and knowing when to be sexy and when not to be sexy. Projection is also key. Some are sexy but they come out as slutty, some are innocent looking but they would make guys drool all over the place. I know I sound cliché but some have it and some just plain don't.
