Hahahaha. Exactly and even tell to everyone the father is not supporting the child. Quote Link to comment
VivaForever2005
Annulment or Divorce in PH is nothing. Maghihiwalay at maghihiwalay pa din naman kung gusto nila and no law can prevent that. Quote Link to comment
khantan
Maganda sana kapag nag divorce or legal separation, cancel din ang Filipino citizenship/passport/driver's license. Quote Link to comment
pandaboy03
taena tayo na lang walang divorce sa mundo. imposibleng tayo lang ang tama, at the rest of the world ay mali ukol dito. that logic alone should be enough Quote Link to comment

DinaFritz
Why not? Having a divorce as option for those individuals that are suffering from abuse makes sense. Hindi porket may divorce eh, maghihiwalay na lahat ng tao. Its a choice/option for those who needs it. Quote Link to comment
kangkongking3
Divorce should have been legalized decades ago. The only holdouts are evangelical retards which unfortunately comprises a big chunk of the voting population. Quote Link to comment

greenVodka
legalized? maybe but letting the wife just get half of the husband's assets? that is a complicated issue. just look at what's happening in the US. marriage is disadvantageous to men. Quote Link to comment
ChillaxLang
Divorce had it's purpose way way back. But now it's been so corrupted that makes marriage just a very unnecessary union. Might as well enter into a business contract with your partner, we've normalized na naman na several aspects about relationships, parenthood and the likes. Quote Link to comment

If you’re not aware brother, there’s this thing called prenup agreement. If you don’t have one, this depends on the date of your marriage. if your date of marriage is prior to August 3, 1988, the separation of assets will fall under Conjugal properties regime. Under this, each assets before marriage will be owned by the same party, however, for income and assets acquired during marriage, this will be separated equally by both spouses. if it is on or after August 3, 1988, all assets and income, whether it is from before or after marriage, these are shared equally by both spouses. Alala ko lang during my undergrad hahaha I’m not a Tax Accountant, so better consult from those who specialize on this matter. #ImAdifferentkindofAccountant 😅 Quote Link to comment
