Any law that prohibits people from doing what they want, that doesn't hurt anybody else, should go away.

"What about the children?" The damage is already done. The kids are screwed regardless as they'll grow up in a toxic and bitter environment and some will unfortunately end up replicating this with their relationships because it's all they know.

Not everyone is lucky enough to be in a marriage that’s ideal and will surely last a lifetime... hope those senators who already voiced their opposition on this bill will see and understand the plight of those couples despite their irreconcilable differences are forced to remain in their unhappy, difficult, or even dysfunctional marriages.

Once approved. Gonna be seeing a lot of Divorce Pics on social media like "Divorce Selfies", "Selfie muna bago pumirma ng divorce papers" hahaha.

I am all for this because a lot of people who are unhappy with their marriages for any reason whatsoever… should be given a 2nd chance. 
 

Based on what I read, at least there are safeguards against it and our Divorce bill is so unlike the US where its so easy for couples to file for divorce from the most dumbest reason to the most legit one.

Kung ayaw na ng mag asawa for whatever reason is then let them be.  Just have safeguards kung may mga anak na sila. That's what democarcy is. Sa communist country nga may divorce bakit dito wala.    Vatican nga di nakikialam.  Maraming kasi ritong naging lahi ni "Padre Damaso at Salvi"

The best pa rin is for marriage to have a 2 year expiration.

Child support is bullsh*t, if the child stays with the mother, mother gets the money and teach the kid the bad things about the father.
