Altec Lansing proves to have the best quality over the years.

 

Creative can also be good but always lacks low bass.

 

Some other new speaker systems are good. However you wont really 7.1 not unless the source supports it.

 

2.1 and 4.1 up until 5.1 is generously better.

There is no right or wrong answer here. Pero I suggest you go for a soundbar with a digital surround capability. That way, you can have a surround sounding speaker without breaking the bank.

 

Also, if you're planning on using the soundbar speaker for watching high quality videos with high quality audio, I suggest you go for a wired setup over a bluetooth one.

im going for a wired setup, the bluetooth is so that i can also connect my phone for music.. a 2/ 2.1 channel is ok for me. ill just be using it to watch tv/ netflix. im not particular with a brand but my budget is bleow 5k

it's best to go to a showroom so you can try it out, sa mga SM Appliance store, they can do demos for you.

Bose, Sonos, B&W. If soundbars you can try the ones from Sony or LG. For affordable ones, you can never go wrong with Anker/Soundcore and Edifier
